How Brenger courier service works

Sofa, bicycle or wardrobe that does not fit in your car? Arrange the transport of large items in 3 easy steps!

1. View the price and book

Enter the pick-up and delivery location, enter the dimensions of the item and view the price. Select any additional services you might need (such as delivery to a specific floor, requesting an extra courier or tail-lift). Pay for your transport by using iDeal, credit card or other payment methods.

2. We keep you informed

After the transport request has been submitted, we will assign your order to the professional courier. You’ll receive a confirmation email and the driver’s contact details. This way you can stay in touch with your driver, and get an accurate delivery slot (4-hour maximum).

3. The courier picks up and delivers the items

The courier collects the items and delivers them within the agreed time-frame. Thanks to direct contact with the courier and the live tracking, you’re up-to-date about the delivery status. After the delivery is confirmed, you can give the courier a review. This is how we keep improving our service!
