My contact with de “Courier” was only by the phone but he give me the necessary information. About Brenger __ the first contact was not the “best one” and was also not has it should be (but this is my opinion). I bought the Goods from the AuctionMaster and almost lost them because of the first communication with Brenger, I didn’t feel there was a desire to help the customer; perhaps the interpretation of the rules was too rigid or Perhaps it was a misunderstanding from my side. But with a few phone calls and emails to AuctionMaster everything went well.
