Orders within the Netherlands (except the islands) are guaranteed to be completed. This includes orders placed before 12:00 on the day of delivery.

Despite these exceptions to our delivery guarantee, our platform usually completes these types of transport requests. Many couriers are able to fulfill this type of transport request. So, go ahead and place your transport request and it is very likely that a courier will be able to fulfill your transport request soon!
Only if the weight is more than 200kg you can’t place a transport request, we are not able to transport this.
Transports within Flanders or from Flanders to the Netherlands are also guaranteed, this doesn’t apply for transports from the Netherlands to Flanders unfortunately, because of corona.
Alle transportverzoeken binnen Nederland en Vlaanderen worden gegarandeerd bezorgd: ook opdrachten voor dezelfde dag die vóór 12:00 geplaatst zijn. Mocht er binnen de aangegeven periode geen koerier zijn die het op zijn route mee kan nemen, doen wij het transport zelf om deze garantie te kunnen bieden.

Ondanks dat deze uitzonderingen op onze bezorg-garantie, worden ook deze transportverzoeken wel vaak via ons platform bezorgd. Meerdere koeriers kunnen dit soort transportverzoeken namelijk wel vervoeren. Plaats daarom vooral je transportverzoek en waarschijnlijk is er snel een koerier die jouw transportverzoek kan uitvoeren!
Yes, you can! Start your request by filling in the city names on the homepage. As a type of transport you chose ‘home’ and after that you pick the ‘Marktplaats’ option.
After filling in the description of the product(s), you get the question if you want to handle the payment of the product as well. You have to fill in the amount and later at the contact details you have to fill in the IBAN details of the seller.
Within 5 working days after the driver confirmed the pickup the money will be transfered to the seller.
Please make sure you fill in the right details otherwise the seller can cancel the transport and you have to pay cancellation costs.
