- At checkout on Whoppah, choose ‘Ship with Brenger’.
- Select Brenger for delivery to calculate the total price.
- Pay for both your purchase and delivery right there.
2. Pick a delivery date with the date picker
- The seller selects their preferred delivery days using the date picker.
- The buyer picks one of the suggested dates.
- Both of you will receive a confirmation once it’s set.
3. Brenger arranges the courier
- You will get an email as soon as a courier is assigned
- The evening before delivery, you will receive the expected arrival time
- Want to update your booking or add a service? Do it before the courier is assigned
4. Follow your transport and get ready
- Follow your transport via tracking page, email or SMS
- Ensure a clear path and help carry if needed
- Don’t forget to rate the courier afterwards
