Weight and size limits for shipping via Brenger
Maximum dimensions and weight per item
The following limits apply to each individual item:
- Maximum dimensions: 400 x 220 x 160 cm
- Maximum weight: 200 kg
Measure each item at its widest, highest and longest points. Any packaging materials are included in the total dimensions and weight.
Maximum size of the full transport
The following limits apply to the transport as a whole:
- Maximum total volume: 7 m³
- Maximum total weight: 500 kg
The transport must also be suitable for standard road transport and fit inside one standard delivery van.
Where do we deliver?
Brenger transports items:
- within the Netherlands, excluding the Dutch Wadden Islands;
- within Belgium;
- within Germany, excluding the German North Sea and Baltic Sea islands.
Both the collection address and the delivery address must be within this service area.
Items that cannot be transported via Brenger
Not all items can be transported via Brenger. Some product categories are excluded due to safety requirements, legal restrictions or fragility. Items that require specialist transport equipment, expertise or handling also cannot be transported via Brenger.
This includes, for example, items that require a crane, forklift, pallet truck or specialist handling. Certain hazardous, living, fragile or legally restricted items are also excluded.

Provide accurate transport details
It is important to provide complete and accurate information about all items when making a booking. This includes their dimensions, weights, addresses and any other relevant details.
If, during collection, the information provided turns out to be incorrect or the transport falls outside the service limits, Brenger may refuse or cancel the transport or apply additional charges.
