Professional pick-up and delivery for your Vinted item

Your delivery is carried out by a professional Brenger courier. With a spacious van, moving blankets, and straps, the courier ensures that your items are transported safely and carefully from door to door.

The courier will pick up your item at the specified address and deliver it right into the desired room at the pick-up or delivery address—even if it’s on another floor, as long as it’s accessible by a regular staircase or elevator. This way, you don’t have to do any heavy lifting yourself, and your purchase will be placed exactly where you want it.

Choose your delivery date within 14 days

After purchase, the buyer has 14 days to select a delivery date. This gives you plenty of time to plan when you want to receive your item. If no delivery date is selected within 10 working days, the order will be automatically canceled and the buyer will receive a full refund for the item and shipping costs.

Which Vinted items can I ship with Brenger?

Brenger is intended for transporting large Vinted purchases that qualify as standard consumer goods, such as furniture, bicycles, household appliances, and other large items that do not fit in a regular parcel. Your item must meet the following requirements:

  • Maximum dimensions per item: 400 cm (L) x 180 cm (H) x 160 cm (W)
  • Maximum weight per item: 75 kg
  • Maximum total volume per order: 5 m³
  • Maximum total weight per order: 200 kg

Items must not be so large or heavy that special equipment is required, such as pallet jacks, forklifts, cranes, trailers, or moving lifts. See the full list of prohibited goods. Brenger and the courier reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipment orders if the item exceeds these limits.

How long will it take for my purchase to be delivered?

This depends on when the buyer and seller schedule the pick-up and delivery. In most cases, delivery can take place within 3 to 7 working days. After the buyer has paid for the item and shipping, the seller can generate a shipping label. The buyer then shares their preferred delivery dates via the date planner. The seller chooses one of these days for pick-up. Both parties are asked to be available between 08:00 and 18:00 on the chosen day. The evening before transport, both the buyer and seller will receive a 4-hour timeframe indicating when the courier will arrive.

Where will the item be picked up and delivered?

The courier will collect the Vinted item from the seller and deliver it to the buyer.

What to expect:

  • Pick-up and delivery take place to the floor level specified in advance by the buyer and seller.

  • The pick-up and delivery location must be accessible to the courier without extra risk or special equipment. If the specified location is not accessible, the courier is not responsible for further placement or moving the item within the building.

  • The courier is not responsible for any damage to floors, walls, or stairwells if they are not properly protected.

  • The courier is not responsible for disassembling or assembling the item.

Does the item need to be packaged for transport?

Fully packaging your Vinted item is usually not necessary, except for fragile or special items. However, the item and the space should be properly prepared for safe transport. Check the full instructions here.

  • The item must be able to be carried by two people and fit through doors and stairways (disassemble if needed).
  • Loose parts, like drawers or doors, should be secured with tape or straps.
  • Small accessories (such as screws or remote controls) should be placed in a bag and attached to the item.
  • Fragile materials (like glass or marble) must be well protected with bubble wrap and cardboard.
  • For e-bikes, the battery must remain in the bike and be switched off.
  • The path to the door should be clear of obstacles (like rugs or furniture).
  • If needed, walls, corners, and floors should be protected with blankets, foil, or cardboard.
  • Fragile decorations should be temporarily removed.

This way, the courier can safely pick up or deliver your item — without damage to your belongings or your home.

Can I change the date/time of my Vinted delivery or cancel the shipment?

Scheduling the date
On Vinted, the seller has 14 working days to ship the item. After payment for the purchase and shipping, the buyer and seller can schedule a delivery date. Shipping must take place within 13 days of purchase. If the item is not collected by Brenger within this deadline, the order will be automatically cancelled and the full purchase amount and shipping fee will be refunded.

Changing the date
Would you like to change something about the delivery (such as the pick-up address, delivery address, or delivery date)? You can do this via the Brenger tracking page or by contacting Brenger or Vinted Go customer service. Changes can only be made if they fall within the service agreement between Brenger and Vinted Go, and if the change is communicated by the seller or buyer according to the terms. Any extra costs or consequences will be communicated to you by or through Vinted Go.

Cancelling
Want to cancel the Brenger delivery as a buyer or seller? This must always be done through Vinted Go. Brenger cannot accept cancellations directly from users. Vinted Go will review the cancellation request and handle the process, including any refund of shipping costs.

How will I know what time the courier will arrive?

The evening before your Vinted delivery, you’ll receive a 4-hour timeframe indicating when to expect the courier. Through the tracking page, you can follow the real-time status of your delivery, see the courier’s location (if activated by the courier), and contact them or add delivery instructions if needed.
