How do I receive an invoice after a delivery?

All of your invoices come after the delivery and are found in your online portal. We also send you weekly invoices by email. The payment period is 14 days.

Which conditions must I meet to qualify for business discounts?

Brenger for Companies is available for business clients who make a minimum of 3 transports per week. Do you have less than 3 orders per week? Then you can still arrange your transport via www.brenger.nl. On the regular website you can also register as a business client. Want to know more about the possibilities? Contact us today!

My transports mostly need to be delivered by 2 people - is this possible? And do you offer installation and return deliveries?

We always try to give the service you wish for. Does the delivery require 2 people? Then we can arrange it, just as for any other delivery. We can also discuss installations and return deliveries for businesses. Want to know more, or curious about the possibilities? Just ask us what we can do for you!

What does a transport with Brenger cost?

The fixed prices we charge are based on the desired service for your company. Assembly, delivery on the ground floor or up to the 4th floor, delivery in the region or across the entire country, the size of the product; it all affects the price. If you would like a tailor-made price, please fill in the quotation form and we will contact you within one working day.

Are my items insured during transport?

All items that are sent using Brenger are insured during transport from door to door for damange and theft up to €500. Damage that occurs when the courier lifts your items or helps you lift them inside the house or building of delivery is not covered by this insurance. Damage to glass, printers, computers, food or items that do not fall under our waranty (larger than 400x180x160cm, heavier than 200kg or items that need to be loaded in or out using special equipment) is also not insured. In the case of any damage, we ask you to immediatly contact us by phone and send pictures of the damaged goods, a description of the damage and a certificate of repair costs and/or purchase value to info@brenger.nl

How can I start using Brenger for my business?
