\n

You can calculate the price for your transport directly on our homepage<\/a>. Simply enter all the required information, and the total price will be displayed. During the process, you’ll also see a breakdown of how the price is determined.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n

\n Are the items guaranteed to be delivered if I place a transport request? <\/h4>\n
\n

All transports within the Netherlands (excluding the Wadden Islands), Belgium and Germany that fall under our delivery guarantee are guaranteed to be delivered.
\nThat said, in rare cases we may not be able to find a courier for your transport on your preferred date. If this happens, our Support team will contact you to reschedule your transport.<\/p>\n

Some transports fall outside our delivery guarantee. In these cases, we cannot guarantee that a courier will be able to carry out the transport.
\nFor these transports, you can place a non-binding transport request. You will only be charged once a courier has accepted and can carry out the transport.<\/p>\n

Brenger does not offer a delivery guarantee in the following cases:<\/p>\n

<\/strong>\u2022 One or more items are larger than 400 \u00d7 180 \u00d7 160 cm
\n\u2022 The total volume of the transport exceeds 5 m\u00b3
\n\u2022 The total weight of the items is more than 200 kg
\n\u2022 The transport is to a waste disposal site
\n\u2022 The transport involves food items
\n\u2022 The transport includes a trailer or a piano
\n\u2022 The transport involves living organisms (plants or animals)
\n\u2022 The transport is outside our standard service area: The Netherlands (excluding the Wadden Islands), Belgium and Germany<\/p>\n

Good to know<\/strong>
\n\u2022 For transports heavier than 200 kg, it is not possible to place a transport request. Our couriers are unable to transport items of this weight.
\n\u2022 Some items cannot be transported via Brenger. Check the list of prohibited items<\/a> before booking.<\/p>\n

\n How do I know when the driver will come? <\/h4>\n
\n

Time Slot<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you book a transport one day or more in advance, you will receive an email at 8:00 PM on the evening before the transport with the name of the courier and the time slot in which they will arrive. If you book a transport on the same day, you will receive an email as soon as a courier responds.<\/p>\n

Tracking page<\/strong><\/p>\n

In your confirmation email, you will find a button \u2018View status\u2019, which will take you to the tracking page. Here, you can follow the courier and check the status of your transport.<\/p>\n

You can also contact the courier or add additional instructions\/guidelines from the tracking page page. You will have access to the courier\u2019s phone number two hours before the start of the designated time slot. If you wish to contact the courier earlier than two hours in advance, you can send him\/her a message through the same page.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n

\n Are my items insured during transport? <\/h4>\n
\n

Everything you transport via Brenger is automatically insured<\/span> against damage, theft, loss or misappropriation during the transport, from pickup to delivery.<\/p>\n

How much is insured?
\n<\/strong>The insurance is included in the transport price.<\/p>\n

The maximum insured amount depends on where you booked your transport:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Via Brenger: insurance up to \u20ac250 is included. Extra coverage up to \u20ac1500 is available during booking.
\n\u2022 Via Marktplaats or Reliving: up to \u20ac1000
\n\u2022 Via Whoppah: up to \u20ac1500<\/p>\n

The insurance covers:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Visible, physical damage caused during the transport
\n\u2022 Loss, theft or misappropriation of items during transport<\/p>\n

What is not covered?
\n<\/strong>Not everything falls under the insurance. The following situations are not covered:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Damage to anything other than the transported items
\n(such as your home, stairs, garden or elevator)
\n\u2022 Damage that did not occur during transport
\n(items that were already damaged or incomplete beforehand)
\n\u2022 Internal or functional damage that is not visible upon delivery
\n\u2022 Functional damage to electronic devices
\n\u2022 Damage to packaged items without visible damage to the packaging
\n\u2022 Damage caused while you help with lifting during pickup or delivery
\n\u2022 Damage to items that are not allowed to be transported via Brenger
\n(such as cash, food, hazardous materials, etc.)
\n\u2022 Damage reported later than 48 hours after delivery<\/p>\n

What should I do if there is damage?
\n<\/strong>Do you notice damage or does something not look right? Report it as soon as possible, and always within 48 hours after delivery.
\nYou can report damage via the tracking page by clicking \u201cReport damage\u201d.<\/p>\n

Missing some details within 48 hours?<\/strong>
\nNo problem. Submit the form anyway. We\u2019ll contact you to complete the case together.
\nOur team collects all necessary information and will get back to you within a few working days. Once everything is complete, we forward the claim to the insurer. The insurer reviews the claim and handles the payout.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n

\n Can the courier come with a tail lift, pallet truck, moving lift, etc.? <\/h4>\n
\n

A courier through Brenger typically arrives in a delivery van equipped with moving blankets and straps. If you need additional tools for loading and unloading your items, you can add extra services to your booking. It’s your responsibility to ensure that your items can be loaded with the chosen service. Through our “Extra Services” package, you can book the following options:<\/p>\n
